Description
The filter consists of a cylindrical container, fitted with a mechanical system for wiping the inside walls and dočisťovacích nozzles. At the bottom is lifted pneumatically, removable bottom fitted with a trolley for easy handling. Filtering off provides 12 filter cartridges with special editing surface that enables easy cleaning. For the perfect dust removal is a technological report fitted on the second level of cleaning using the exhalation filter HEPA type. Filter cartridges are recovered pneumatically.
The material is after the regeneration of the patron and the savings from the walls in its bottom. Mechanical wiping the inner walls prevents the contamination of the individual types of materials. The operator selects the filtered depending on the type of material, the length of the regeneration of the filter and for wiping, using buttons located in the front panel of the control cabinet. Lifting and lowering of the bottom is controlled by a manual valve located on the container of the filter.
